Hi Gareth,
Nice to see you getting out there and doing it in spite of the weather. Hit me up if you ever want to fish the Nelson back country, especially the mighty Karamea and tributaries
Hi Gareth, good one mate, nice camp site and a quick skoff and sleep. Looking forward to some more of the same. Cheers mate. Harera
These fish are so beautiful! Love seeing you catch them!
Good work dude. I think you need to ask your wife for a few cooking tips though. π€£π€£π€£ joking well put together π
I do the same thing…oh man my beards grey!!!
This type of content is going to work well on your channel!
Nice one Garreth,
I love the camp fire. Where did you score it from?
Thanks for sharing.
Enjoy both fishing and camping. Keep them coming. π
Including camping and cooking to the channel is a nice touch. Wicked addition to the channel π
Gareth I love these videos!! Please incorporate this camping style of video with more fly fishing absolutely awesome. Would like to see more b-roll in your videos. As always thanks and have a good one!
Fishing nady camping ultimate feelings β€οΈπ₯°
Cool to see you getting into more camping. Really have enjoyed the last series of videos. Also caught the mention about the wifey. Last fall (spring for you), when you were posting less frequently and talked about βa lot going on in your lifeβ was concerned trouble at home was happening. Been there and fought through it so great to here sheβs still putting up with you Mate! Keep up the great work love the vids. Look forward to every one! ππΌ
Nice camping set up Bro. Gonna do more camping myself. Good times.
Shot for the effort you’re putting into your vids. Have planned a Tong trip in July. Fizzin’
Great content Gareth, really enjoyed this one. That stove looks like a game changer!
Mate love it. I’ve just moved home to taupo from Western Australia. There’s a channel or too on YouTube that will give you some great ideas for camping / set-ups ect ect it’s a way of life over there

That stove looks heavy. Did you put a grate in the firebox?

Hi Gareth, another great video. I love my fly-fishing and camping they go hand in hand. As much as I love camping I couldn’t sit around camp all day but the two together is the best. I am stoked to see that your getting into camping. I can see that you’re getting a buzz out of it. Many good times ahead for you. Cheers, Pete. ( Australia).

It’s always more fun when you do things you really enjoy. I get that you’ve been fishing these waters for decades and guiding them and all that, it doesn’t get as exciting as before. But when you re-invent yourself and add something new that you enjoy the whole experience gets better once again π
Totally agree thanks heaps bud
As always, exceptional video!! I absolutely love your videos. If I ever get the chance/opportunity to fish New Zealand (my #1 bucket list destination),I will definitely do it. From the scenery and the gorgeous water,I don’t think I’d ever leave, lol. Thanks feo the amazing videos, can’t wait for the next one!
Cheers buddy I appreciate that
Nice one Gareth, just like the game eh? I really like that wee oven, might look that up myself. Pity you didn’t do that kind of camping when you were younger, but not many trees in the McKenzie desert I guess? Look forward to more of this mixed content.
