  1. The Swiss Army knife of portable grilling. Look forward to seeing what kind of pizza you make on it πŸ•

  2. Good evening Heather super video. You and the stir fry look amazing. You look much better in the Under Armour hat than I do. Can you add any type of flavored wood chips to the lava rock? Take care and enjoy your summer.

    1. I haven’t tried the wood chips! I would probably put it in an aluminum tray with a little water and put the tray directly on the grates. Do you think that would work? I’ll have to try it! Always good to hear from you!

  3. Nice set up! And a healthy dish! Lava rocks brilliant idea to use. Was wondering if they have a lid big enough, for when your using the skillet?

    1. Good question! There is not an additional lid for the skillet, but so far I haven’t needed one. If I do need one, I’ll likely just grab a large piece of foil and use that.

  4. Hi Heather! I grabbed your RV Cooking Made Easy in March at my local B&N. Absolutely love the cookbook and the fabulous recipes! I would love to see more outdoor cooking/camping recipes and videos. Thank you!

    1. Awe thanks, Becky! I’m so glad you like the book. (I put a ton of work into it, so it’s nice to know it’s paying off!) I will definitely work on getting more RV cooking videos out there! Thanks again! Heather

  5. Heather,
My husband, Jeff and I loved your recipe for stir fry veggies with chickpeas. We made it on the Trail Fire Wok pan in our kitchen cooktop. Sooo tasty πŸ˜‹.We will definitely be making it on our propane grill/fire pit next camping trip. We truly love our Trail Fire πŸ”₯ Grill. Best investment.
